There is "above and beyond" and then there is Tim hand delivering a watch to me in London Heathrow on Christmas Eve. Beat that! A great guy who I warmed to immediately, and I look forward to developing a fruitful watch habit relationship in future!

I'd been wanting to visit Tim and Passion Fine Jewelry for more than a year.
Boy, I'm so glad I did. Even though I only stopped by for a few minutes the
warm and relaxing atmosphere immediately struck me as unique.  No counters,
no barriers, just a place were people passionate about watches can simply
talk and converse.

We didn't do any business that day, but a few weeks later I contacted Tim
about making a purchase. "Above and Beyond" is the only way to describe the
service I received. Prompt priority shipping, constant communication, and
Tim doing everything possible to help me make my decision from a long
distance away has made me a believer.

Needless to say, "I just received the watch...and it is stunning!".

Janna....Holy Crap!!!! I LOVE my ring!!!!!! Can't thank-you enough...first for zoning in on my taste EXACTLY!! and for being the wonderful sales person you are!!  Few people can use the "m" word (manipulation) without being "found out"....as a team we all work well together!! :)

Janna and Tim helped us find the perfect ring for our engagement.  They were unbelievabley helpful and so friendly!  Since we were coming from out-of-town they were able to have our ring custom-made and then overnight shipped to us.  The ring came just in time to share with my family, who was visiting from out-of-state.  It couldn't have been more perfect.
