A rare platinum Ulysse Nardin Hour Striker with killer lapis dial

Cased in a massive 42mm platinum case, somewhat reminiscent of a chronograph owing to the two pushers on the crown side, this lovely piece by the venerable and still independent watchmaking house of Ulysse Nardin is a real gem of a find.

The beautifully hand carved and engraved 18k automaton Jacquemart who hammers the bell as the watch strikes the hours, is a sight to behold. Taken from the Venice clocktower where the original Jacquemarts reside.

It comes with all original boxes and papers and is in very fine condition.

Current list price $130,000

WILL SELL FOR $SOLD

And the back showing off the 22K rotor for the selfwinding caliber. Note, the chiming mechanism is still manually wound by hand.
